O R D E R

% 09.07.2018 Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court along with their Counsel and have been identified by SI Vijay Kumar of police station Prashant Vihar. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have settled their disputes with petitioner amicably before Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 26th July, 2016 of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 further say that they have no objection in case FIR no. 169/2003 under Section 363 IPC registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioner. Parties shall remain bound by

the terms of settlement.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
