21470/2017(stay), 21472/2017(to summon the trial court record), 21473/2017(to allow the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court through counsel) 1.

Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that the subject proceedings emanate out of the orders dated 05.09.2017, 18.08.2017, 18.09.2017 and 16.11.2017 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-06, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi. They contend that they have already entered appearance and approached the Trial Court for recall of the orders. 2.

The learned counsels seek liberty to withdraw the Petition to urge all grounds before the concerned Trial Court. 3.

In view of the above, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. All contentions of the parties are reserved.
