O R D E R

% 10.01.2018 Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by ASI Satyabir Singh of police station Jafrabad.

Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, inasmuch as, has received entire settled amount, therefore, she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 131/2013 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application

is disposed of as infructuous.
