% 22.02.2019 By last order dated 22.01.2019 parties were referred to mediation. Mediation has been successful. Parties have resolved their disputes by way of settlement agreement dated 25.01.2019 signed between them under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, upon the terms contained in the said settlement agreement, which has been duly signed by the parties, their counsel and the mediator. In this view of the matter, the petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 25.01.2019. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement.
