O R D E R

% 16.04.2018 Learned counsels for the parties submit that the Arbitral Tribunal has already been constituted for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties.

In view of the above, Interim Order dated 04.01.2018 shall continue for a further period of sixty days, subject to any further order being passed by the Arbitral Tribunal. It is made clear that the Arbitral Tribunal shall have the liberty to modify/vacate/vary the terms of the interim order on an application being moved by either party.

It is further made clear that the Interim Order shall not prejudice the rights of the defendant no.2 in the property bearing Plot No.C-7, Pushpanjali Enclave (Mayur Enclave), Pitampura, Delhi in any manner. The petition is disposed of in the above terms with no order as to cost. Dasti.
