The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent no.1 to dispose of his representation dated 16.09.2017.

Mr Naushad Ahmed Khan, learned counsel for respondents who appears on advance notice states that the representation made by the petitioner is not competent; nonetheless, the same would be considered by the respondents and an appropriate decision would be communicated to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. 5.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
