This is an application seeking permission to withdraw the present petition in view of the fact that parties have arrived at a settlement in Vivad se Vishwas Scheme-II.

Issue notice. Ms. Jain, learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and has no objection to the application. 3.

For the said reasons, the application is allowed. 4.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties under Vivad se Vishwas Scheme-II, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

In case the matter is not finally concluded under Vivad se Vishwas Scheme-II, the appellant is at liberty to revive the petition. 6.

Earlier date of 26.07.2024 stands cancelled.
