The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning the list of disqualified directors which includes the name of the petitioner. 2.

It is the petitioner's case that the petitioner had resigned from the company in question - Sambhav Real Tech Pvt. Ltd. - on 28.11.2011. The petitioner further claims that the petitioner had also handed over the requisite share certificate along with transfer deed for disassociating himself with the said company.

It is the petitioner's case that his name has been wrongly included in the list of disqualified directors.

The petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Registrar of Companies by filing an appropriate representation indicating the above facts. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by granting the liberty as sought for. The Registrar of Companies shall verify whether

the petitioner had acted as a Director in any manner since 28.11.2011 and if the Registrar of Companies is satisfied that the petitioner has not acted for the company in any manner ( either as a director or otherwise), the Registrar of Companies shall take the necessary steps for removing the name of the petitioner from the list of disqualified directors.
