O R D E R

% 09.02.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 are related to each other. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR No. 386/2016 under Sections 308/34 IPC at police station Neb Sarai, on the complaint of respondent no.2. With the intervention of thier common friends and family members, petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 have now settled their disputes amicably vide Compromise Deed dated 12th December, 2017, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings may be quashed.

Respondent nos.2 to 4 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Tabi Khan of police station Neb Sarai. These respondents submit that they have settled their disputes with the petitioners of their own free will and

without any undue force, pressure or coercion and have no objection in case the aforesaid FIR is quashed.

Affidavits of respondent nos. 2 to 4 are also on record in this regard.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
