% 24.08.2018 Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in the Court along with their counsel. They have been identified by SI Prem Kumar of police station Sangam Vihar. They submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 17th July, 2017. They say that they have no objection in case FIR No.699/2008 under sections 323/354/452/506/34 IPC registered at police station Sangam Vihar and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no

fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J AUGUST 24, 2018 sm
