The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.639/2017 registered under Sections 323/354(B)/34 IPC at PS Pandav Nagar. Status report not filed. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The parties are acquainted with each other.

Various cases have been lodged by the parties against each other. There is delay in lodging the instant FIR.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with

one surety in the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
