This is an application for seeking clarification of order dated 22.12.2017, passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vibhu Bakhru. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant says that the applicant wishes to approach the ROC via NCLT for removal of the name of Jai Jenender Developers Pvt. Ltd. from the Register of Companies. 3.
A perusal of order dated 22.12.2017, would show that the applicant had sought leave to file an appeal before the NCLT under Section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Therefore, all that can be said qua this application is, if relief as claimed is available, the same may be granted by NCLT, albeit, in accordance with law.

The application is, accordingly, disposed of.

At this stage, counsel for the applicant seeks extension to file an appeal. Let the appeal be filed within ten days from today. 7.
A copy of the order will be dispatched by the Registry to the non-applicants as well their counsel.
