Crl. M.A. 1368/2019 (for modification of order dated 09.01.2019) Issue notice. Mr. Imran Khan, Advocate, accepts notice. He has no objection to the grant of relief sought in the application. This application seeks rectification of typographical error in the order dated 09.01.2019. According to the applicant, the first two cases mentioned in the chart as: (i) FIR No. 257/2012 dated 26.10.2012 (PS-Preet Vihar) Cr. Cases 7112/2016 State vs. Alok Gupta & Ors. and (ii) Criminal Complaint: Old No: CC 298/2014 are not pending in this Court but before the District Court. It should be and accordingly is so modified. Additionally, two more cases are stated to be pending between the parties before the Karkardooma District Courts being (i) Criminal Revision: CR. No.16/2015 (East); New No.: Cr. Rev. 62/2016; Anjani Gupta & Ors. Vs. State; and (ii) Domestic Violence CC No. V-257/2012 (East); New No: Cr. Cases 7622/2016; Anjani

Gupta Vs. Alok Gupta.

The order stands modified accordingly.

The application stands disposed off in terms of the above. A copy of this order be given dasti to the petitioner, under the signature of the Court Master.
