O R D E R

% 12.01.2018 After some hearing the counsel for the petitioner submits he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and instead move review application before the learned additional district Judge (ADJ) explaining the relevancy of the first seven documents mentioned in para 4 of the application under Order VIII Rule1-A (1)&(3) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 which was dismissed by order dated 04.12.2017 to which the prayer is now restricted.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. The application for review shall be filed before the ADJ before 22.01.2018, as is stated to be fixed. Needless to add, if such application were to be filed within such time, the trial Judge will obviously consider the same before proceeding further.
