As noted in the order dated 16th November, 2022, the Petitioner has not been appearing since 30th March, 2022. This was also noticed on 8th May, 2023 whereby last opportunity was afforded to the Petitioner to appear before the Court. On subsequent dates i.e., 19th October, 2023 and 19th March, 2024 again, there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. The position remains the same even today.

In light of the above, it is apparent that the Petitioner has lost interest in the present matter and accordingly, the same is dismissed in default and for non prosecution.
