BAIL APPLN. 2645/2017 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.SD-SA-000528/17 under Sections 379 IPC registered at Police Station e-police station (Saket South District). Status report is on record.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

(3) By an order dated 21.12.2017, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has since joined the investigation.

None has appeared on behalf of the complainant to contest the bail application.

(4) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim bail granted by this court by order dated 21.12.2017 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

(5) The bail application stands disposed of.
