O R D E R
% 06.07.2018 The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 22.12.2017. He has since joined the investigations and is stated to have cooperated with the police. His brother, the co-accused, who is stated to have fired the gun shot, has been granted regular bail.
In the circumstances, the aforesaid order dated 22.12.2017 is confirmed. In the event of his arrest in FIR No. 0538/2017 under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sections 27/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Hari Nagar, New Delhi, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigation as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; (ii) his mobile phone number 9873602303 shall be kept operational at all times, so that the police could contact him;
(iv) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (v) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith.
Observation made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.
The petition is disposed-off.
