% 14.11.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a separate petition indicating that the requirement of maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and safety by the Municipal Corporation is not met with in a particular ward or area under the Municipal Corporation and the distribution of the Safai Karamcharis is not as per the requirement of maintaining of cleanliness, hygiene or safety in the area.
