CONT.CAS(C) 15/2018 Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition to enable the petitioner represent to the respondents with regard to violation of order dated May 26, 2017 inasmuch as the respondents have not preserved the amount of ` 2. 5 Crores. He also states, if in the eventuality, representation is not replied to or even if replied, reveals that the respondents have violated the order dated May 26, 2017, liberty be granted to the petitioner to approach the Court by way of a fresh contempt petition.
