The instant writ petition under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for seeking parole for a period of three months. Status report has been filed.

Nominal Roll dated 21.11.2017 reveals that the petitioner was convicted under Sections 376(2)(F)/363 IPC and sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for ten years with fine `10,200/-. Nominal Roll further reveals that the petitioner has already undergone two years, two months and fifteen days incarceration besides remission for one month and sixteen days as on 21.11.2017. His overall jail conduct is satisfactory.

In the interest of justice and for the reasons mentioned in the writ petition, the petitioner is granted two weeks parole from the date of his release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM. After completion of parole period, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent.

Writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 5.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendant for information.
