By way of this petition filed under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months.

Notice. Learned ASC as above accepts notice on behalf of the State. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner seeks parole for a period of three months as he wants to remain present at the time of distribution of ancestral property and to re-establish social ties with the family members and the society.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has been placed on record as per which the petitioner the petitioner has recently been granted furlough for a period of two weeks vide order dated 14th October, 2017. W.P.(CRL) 3615/2017

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

8.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
