% 04.01.2018 This petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the parties to the Arbitration proceedings jointly seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by a further period of six months from 15th January, 2018.

Taking into account the averments made in the petition, I extend the time for making of the Award by a further period of six months from 15th January, 2018.
