% 08.05.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents states that default assessment order dated 04.05.2018 has been passed and copy of the same has been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner states that they would be challenging the default assessment order before the Objection Hearing Authority. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and take steps as per law. Taking the statement on record, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without commenting on merits.
