% 13.03.2018 In compliance with the last order, the proposed Arbitrator has filed her disclosure statement in terms of Section 11(8) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having perused the disclosure, he has no objection if the proposed Arbitrator is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties.

Accordingly, I appoint Ms. Justice Manju Goel (Retd.), (R/o R-128, Greater Kailash Part-I, New Delhi- 110048, Mob: 9818000330) as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The appointment shall be in terms of the order dated 21.02.2018. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to cost. Dasti.
