% 24.01.2018 Vide the present petition the petitioner has sought the setting aside of the order dated 31.10.2017 of the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-05 (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi in relation to FIR No. 2250/2017 by which the Non-bailable Warrants were stated to have been issued against the petitioner and also seeks the quashing of the proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. in relation to which it has now been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the petitioner having appeared before the learned Trial Court, proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. have since been dropped on 16.1.2018.

Since proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. have been dropped as has been so affirmed by SI Rajeev, PS Mehraulli, the counsel for the petitioner thus seeks to withdraw the present petition. In view thereof, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. ANU MALHOTRA, J JANUARY 24, 2018/sv
