Learned counsel for the respondents submits that present petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the results pursuant to the advertisement issued by the BSF for conducting recruitment to the post of Head Constable (Ministerial) in the BSF 2016-17, has been declared on 16.01.2018 and all vacant posts have been duly filled up.

In view of the above position, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
