From the fie it reveals that separate document schedule has been filed by plaintiff and defendant contrary to the provisions of Rule 7 A of Delhi High Rules. Parties to file fresh document schedule within 7 days failing which cost of Rs. 10,000/- shall be imposed on the erring parties for not caring to prepare the document schedule. Despite opportunity, the cost has also not been paid by defendant as per order dated 23.10.2018. Last opportunity is given on the basis of undertaking given by learned counsel to pay the cost to learned counsel for plaintiff today itself failing which further cost of Rs. 20,000/- shall be imposed.

Pleadings qua suit as well as counter claim has been completed.
