% 17.05.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.259/2013 under Sections 392/394/395/397/411/120-B/34 IPC and under Section 25 and 27 Arms Act registered at Police Station Ashok Vihar. Status report is on record.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2013. Copy of the order dated 07.05.2016 has been placed on record whereby the Trial Court granted regular bail to co-accused Walim @ Wali though he was arrested on 05.04.2014 after being declared Proclaimed Offender. Material witnesses have already been examined. BAIL APPLN. 2230/2015

Nothing was recovered from the petitioner's possession. The petitioner is not a previous convict.

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

(4) The application stands disposed of.
