The parties have arrived at a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The Settlement Agreement dated 4th February, 2026 (hereinafter "Settlement Agreement") has been placed on record and the same bears the signatures of all the parties in the appeal.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, the dispute between the parties arising out of the judgment and decree dated 29th August, 2017 passed by ADJ-04 (South), Saket District Court, New Delhi in CS No. 8773/2016 stands settled in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
