W.P.(C) 10205/2015 & CM No.25286/2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the settlement arrived at between the respondent and the management, M/s. Madhu Electronics (India) Pvt. Ltd., vide Settlement dated 28.9.2017, which is on record as annexure R-1,the present petition should be disposed of. Learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that the respondent workman has already settled the matter with M/s. Madhu Electronics (India) Pvt. Ltd.. Learned counsel for the respondent also submits that the workman is not having any claim or dispute pending against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the above, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition

and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, in view of the settlement, as stated herein between the respondent and M/s.
