% 28.09.2016 CO.APPL. 1493/2016 (Condonation of delay in filing the reply) The present application under Rule 7 read with Rule 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, filed on behalf of the Registrar of Companies (ROC) prays for condonation of delay of 39 days in filing the reply. Notice. Mr Bhardwaj, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and fairly does not oppose the application. For the reasons stated in the application the same is allowed. The delay in filing the reply is condoned. Reply be taken on record. The application is disposed of accordingly.

CO.PET. 824/2015 Counsel appearing on behalf of the ROC states that they do not have any objection to the present petition seeking restoration of the name of the company to the Register of companies subject, however, to the filing of statutory documents by the latter from the year 2003 onwards along with requisite fee payable in relation thereto.

In view of the foregoing, subject to the petitioner filing the statutory documents including annual returns and balance sheets in relation to the

company from the year 2003 to 2016 along with requisite fee payable in relation thereto with the Registrar of Companies, within four weeks from today, the name of petitioner company is restored to the Register of Companies maintained by the office of Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana, at New Delhi.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
