% 25.02.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent, upon instructions, submits that the respondent shall handover the vacant possession of the property in question to the petitioner by 27th February, 2016 at 5.00 p.m. Counsel further states that his client has no intention to interfere in the said property in any manner whatsoever.

In view of the said statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
