O R D E R

% 18.01.2018 On the oral prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners name of the respondent no.3 is deleted from the array of parties. Respondent no.2-Pooja Sharma is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Jagendra Kumar of police station Model Town. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Court vide Settlement/Compromise Deed dated 28th November, and Supplementary Settlement/Agreement dated 14th May, 2016. It is submitted that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are father-in-law and mother-in-law; whereas petitioner nos. 3 to 5 are sisters-in-law and brother-in-law of respondent no.2 respectively. It is further submitted that husband of the respondent no.2 has

already expired on 8th March, 2014. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as detailed above, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
