O R D E R

% 03.01.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold of the victim while co-accused persons Salman and Paras gave blows on the head of the complainant. It is submitted that co-accused Salman has already been released on regular bail and other co-accused Paras has been given benefit of anticipatory bail. Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.
