The learned counsel appearing for CONCOR states that there are two containers involved in this petition.

No-objection certificate with regard to the said containers was issued by the Custom Authorities way back on 05.02.2013 and goods contained in both the containers had been put on auction on 18.07.2013, however, the goods could not be delivered on account of orders passed in Co. Pet. 471/2011 filed by IFCI Factors Ltd.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Official Liquidator or the concerned Court for appropriate relief.
