% 12.02.2016 Order impugned before this Court is the order dated 28.07.2015 vide which the right of the tenant/petitioner to cross-examine PW-1 had stood closed. Next date fixed before the Trial Court is 17.02.2016. Although there has been a delay on the part of the petitioner yet in the interest of justice, subject to payment of costs of Rs.3,000/-, the petitioner/tenant is granted permission to crossexamine PW-1 on the next date of hearing which is already fixed for 17.02.2016. Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to ensure that PW-1 will be present in Court on that date. Petition disposed of.
