The application stands disposed-off W.P.(CRL) 3755/2018 The petitioner seeks extension of parole to take care of her ailing husband, who suffers from a cardiac ailment. Additionally, she seeks to look for a groom for her daughter, who is stated to be of marriageable age. Her conduct in the jail is stated to be satisfactory. She has been out on parole since 20.11.2018 and nothing adverse is reported against her. In the circumstances, her parole is extended for three weeks on the same terms and conditions, as enumerated in the order dated 22.10.2018 passed by the Deputy Secretary (Home).
A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.
