% 07.03.2017 Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file present petition. He further submits that the petitioner has challenged the impugned order passed in different cases and he would like to file separate independent cases. He further submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file separate cases within one month. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file all the petitions within a period of 30 days as per law.
