% 09.01.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner had, vide his letter dated 13th July, 2017, submitted all the requisite documents as demanded by the respondents, under proper receipt, his case for alternate plot has been rejected on the ground that he had not submitted the documents sought by the respondents. He further, submits that he had submitted a detailed representation dated 1st December, 2017, requesting the respondents to re-consider his case in view of the fact that he had duly submitted all the documents demanded by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that at this stage, he confines his relief to issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider his aforesaid representation and in case any further documents are needed he may be granted opportunity to

submit the same.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is deemed appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass a reasoned order as per law, within six weeks from today. It would be open to the respondents to require the petitioner to furnish any further documents, if deemed necessary. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can take legal recourse in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. REKHA PALLI, J JANUARY 09, 2018/aa
