% 17.05.2016 Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have settled the matter.

As per the settlement, the respondents shall withdraw the assessment order dated 2nd July, 2015 and the bill raised pursuant thereto. BSES Yamuna Power Limited has further agreed not to take any action against the petitioner on the basis of inspection dated 9th May, 2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press this petition in view of the settlement.

The petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn. J.R. MIDHA, J.
