% 20.10.2016 After some hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with further liberty to urge all the contentions including as to the very existence of the statement attributed to the petitioner that led to the reopening of assessment. All such contentions shall be considered along with the merits of re-assessment proceedings, by the AO, who shall, by a reasoned order deal with them.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn in the above terms.
