Perusal of the record shows that vide order dated 11.08.2023 this Court observed that no one had been appearing for the petitioner for the last three dates and in that circumstances Court notice was issued to Mr. Sanjeev Sagar, learned counsel for SIDBI. It appears that the matter was listed before the learned Registrar on 20.12.2023 on which date Ms. Nazia Parveen, Advocate entered appearance on behalf of SIDBI. However, today again no one has appeared for the petitioner.

Hence, the present petition is dismissed for none appearance of the AR as well as the counsel for the Petitioner. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
