Mr Nandrajog, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 28.11.2017 passed by the Joint Commissioner of Police (Licensing) before the Press and Registration Appellate Board. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. If such appeal is filed within a period of one week from today, the Press and Registration Appellate Board is requested to dispose of the petitioner's appeal as early as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of institution of such appeal.
