Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 submits that parties have settled their disputes by settlement agreement dated 06.09.2016 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. As per the said settlement petitioner had to pay a total sum of Rs.21,50,000/- to respondent No.2 in full and final settlement of all her claims. She submits that Rs.16,50,000/- have already been paid and balance amount of Rs.5,00,000/- has to be paid at the time of the second motion.

In view of the fact that parties have settled their disputes and further as none appears for the petitioner, petition is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution.
