By way of this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.652/2015 registered under Sections 452/323/34 IPC at PS Krishna Nagar.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner has joined and cooperated in the investigation. It is further submitted that in this case custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that he is not required for custodial interrogation and has joined the investigation, it is directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO. However, petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
