% 28.10.2015 Petitioner seeks production of his wife. As per the petition, marriage between the petitioner and Shahnaz Bano was solemnized on 17^*^ September, 2015. Also, as per the petition, Shahnaz Bano is being illegally detained by her parents.
Notice was issued in the matter. Shahnaz Bano and her father are present in Court. We have spoken to Shahnaz Bano in the Chamber. We have also spoken to the petitioner in the Chamber. Shahnaz Bano has declined to join the company of the petitioner. In view of the statement made by her, the petition is not pressed.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a petition for grant By:AMULYA
of restitution of conjugal rights and he would press the same. Counsel prays that fresh and correct address of respondents no.4 and 5 be provided. Counsel for respondents no.4 and 5 submits that the permanent address of respondents no.4 and 5 has been mentioned in the writ petition, however, in case they are required to be served, they may be served at the address of the Advocate. Counsel for respondents no.4 and 5 submits that they are receiving threatening calls from the petitioner, which fact is disputed by the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would abide by the law and shall not approach the respondents except through legal channels. The petition is dismissed as not pressed.
CrI.M.A.15329/2015 Since the petition has been dismissed, the application also stands dismissed.
