% 12.03.2019 In terms of the order dated 13th December, 2018 petitioner has already deposited `11 lacs with the Registrar General of this Court. Petitioner has also participated in the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had resigned from the company on 24th April, 2015. He further submits that FIR has been registered on 11th April, 2017. It is further submitted that petitioner had not signed any document, that is, Agreement to Sell etc.

Learned APP submits that petitioner had signed two cheques, which were, subsequently, given to the complainant towards the refund of the amount taken at the time of sale transactions. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his

furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
