% 08.01.2016 The present petition has been filed seeking to set aside the orders of conviction passed by the Trial Court vide orders dated 23.04.2015 & 16.05.2015 and the dismissal of appeal preferred against the same by the appellate court vide order dated 04.09.2015. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty take such remedy as may permissible in accordance with law.
