% 01.08.2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has instructions to withdraw the present petition. The Habeas Corpus Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. Needless to state that, the Delhi Police shall conclude investigation into the missing of Sh. Shyam Sunder Makkar and file a final report before the Court of competent jurisdiction expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from today.
