This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) No. 13360/2018 & CM APPLN. 51970/2018 The petitioners have been selected as IPC officers of 2018 batch pursuant to the examination of 2017.

The prayer sought by the petitioners is that to direct the respondents to allocate Cadres to the appointed candidates of All India Services of IAS/IPC/IFoS strictly as per the office memorandum dated 05.09.2017.

Admittedly, the petitioners are in service of Indian Police whose jurisdiction lies with the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). Accordingly, the Registry of this Court is directed to transfer the present petition to Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi and on receipt of the said representation, the Registry of CAT is directed to place the matter before the appropriate bench on 14th December, 2018.
